Coming from an attorney, I can tell you that Shelly Leeke has outlined for you many valuable tips and lessons learned from others mistakes that will help you maximize the value of your case. You should read this book, cover to cover, before you are ever involved in an accident. This is great work by a great attorney.

The South Carolina Accident Book is very informative. The only reason I didn't give the book 5 stars is because I have one question:"What happens if you had no injuries, but were falsely accused of failing to yield the right of way when you are parked?

he information in this book provides appropriate caution for an individual who is injured in an accident. The point about watching out for insurance adjusters is clearly made. Further, the responsibility for an injured person's well being rests with that person, so competent, professional guidance and assistance from a personal injury attorney is a wise choice!

I actually listened to it in the car. As the CD was playing I found myself driving more defensively and being more observant of those around me. I believe that you should give this to all new drivers as part of drivers' education.
