This book is a must read. As a personal injury lawyer in Pennsylvania, I know all too well that consumers are misinformed about how the insruance companies handle accident claims. Shelly's book explains the process clearly and provides the "warning signs" that consumers need before they or their loved ones are involved in an accident. Shelly's stories of what could go wrong for the informed or misinformed accident victim are "universal truths" as far as I'm concerned. You would be well served if you live or work in South Carolina, to order and read this free book.
